We tell you when it isn't worth it
If an audit won't pay for itself at your size, we say so before you pay for one. Turning down work we can't justify is cheaper than doing it badly.
About us
We're a small ecommerce consultancy. We spend our days inside other people's stores, working out where the money goes and putting it back.
Our story
TODO — replace the three paragraphs below. Worth covering: when and why the company started, what you did before, and the kind of problem you kept running into that made this worth doing.
Apex Pure Solutions started because the same conversation kept happening. A store owner would be spending more on ads every quarter and seeing less back, and nobody could tell them why.
The answer was almost never the ads. It was a checkout that asked for eleven fields, a shipping cost that appeared too late, a search box that couldn't find half the catalogue. Problems nobody owned, because they sat between the marketing team and the developers.
So that's the work we do: find those gaps, put a number on each one, and fix them in the order that pays.
How we work
These aren't slogans — each one changes what we do on a project, and each one occasionally costs us money.
If an audit won't pay for itself at your size, we say so before you pay for one. Turning down work we can't justify is cheaper than doing it badly.
One change at a time, with a clean window either side. Roughly a third of what we ship does nothing — and that stays in the report too.
Everything runs in your analytics, your store, your ad accounts. Read-only until write access is genuinely needed, and nothing to hand back when we're done.
Written so your own developers can act on it without calling us. If they do the work instead, the audit still paid for itself.
Team
The person who answers your enquiry is the person who does the work. No account managers in between.
TODO — replace with your real team. For each person: name, role,
and one or two sentences on what they actually do. The coloured square shows
their initials — change the letters in <div class="avatar">.
Delete any cards you don't need, or delete this whole section if you're a
one-person company.
Founder / Lead consultant
What this person handles — for example: runs the audits, owns the fix list, and is the one on the other end of the contact form.
Ecommerce developer
What this person handles — for example: migrations, theme work, and the integrations that keep stock and orders in sync.
Analytics & conversion
What this person handles — for example: tracking setup, funnel analysis, and measuring whether a change actually moved anything.
Company details
Registered details, for invoices, contracts and anyone who needs to check we're a real company before signing something.
TODO — fill in the table opposite. Delete any rows that don't apply to you, and add any your country requires (registration court, share capital, insurer, and so on).
You know who we are. Send a few lines about the platform you're on and what isn't working, and we'll tell you what we'd look at first.
